Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement with Blue Water Educational Consulting to provide two semesters of on-site and/or virtual ATS Model coaching support and curriculum for the ongoing development and new implementation to include all Perris Union High School District comprehensive high schools, the middle school, and designated alternative education campuses. This agreement has no daily coaching/training rate; this is an all-inclusive service agreement contract billed monthly and includes: curriculum, training, coaching, and consultation services.
Services under this Agreement include support and training in the development and implementation of a Multi-Tiered, Muti-Domain System of Support Model, including on-site training for:
- ATS Teacher
- ATS Administrative Team
- Site Staff – Certificated/Classified- Board of Education Workshop
School Year Coaching and Support will include:
- On-site full-day monthly visits (each active site)
- Virtual site weekly meetings (each active site)
- Virtual drop-in consulting/discussions by request (as needed)
- Site staff meeting/data review (once per semester)
- Collaboration meeting with district leadership to review, revise and plan district initiatives (once a month)
The combination of these components embedded within the model has tremendously impacted students and families in other districts that utilize the ATS and MTMDSS Program Models with at-promise student populations.
The services will be rendered over the 2023-24 school year working with Heritage High School, Liberty High School, Paloma Valley High School, Perris High School, Perris Lake High School, and Pinacate Middle School to implement the MTMDSS Program Model. The Term of this Agreement shall be from August 17, 2023, through June 30, 2024, at a cost not to exceed $146,000.

The cost for this item is included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through Title I Funds, not the General Fund.
