Summary:
|
On January 27, 2021, the California Military Institute (Charter) and the California Military Institute Teachers Association (CMITA) reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) for the 2020-21 school year. Subsequently, the TA was ratified by their members on February 5, 2021.
The following two articles were agreed upon.
Article VII Professional Work Day/Work was modified to allow unit member’s day to begin one hour after the normal start time the day following Back-To-School Night and Open House.
Article X Leaves of Absence was modified to provide members with Extended Illness/Injury Leave for members who have exhausted all available sick leave.
