Summary:
|
The Heritage High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has contracted with Pegleg Entertainment to retain a location for the Heritage High School Prom for 2022.
The 2022 prom will be held at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park on Saturday, April 30, 2022, from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, at a minimum cost of $41,975 for the minimum guarantee of 500 students. Additional tickets are $83.95 per student. The selection of this venue has been approved by the 2021-22 Senior Class students and ASB Advisor.
This item is being brought before the Board as ratification due to a deposit needed to secure the event date and location.

The cost for this item is included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through the Heritage High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
