Summary:
|
The Perris High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has chosen to contract with PD Special Events in order to retain a location for the Perris High School Prom for 2022.
The 2022 prom will be held at the Heritage Museum of Orange County in Santa Ana, California, on Saturday, May 7, 2022, from 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm, at a minimum cost of $32,400.00 for the minimum guarantee of 400 students. Additional tickets are $81.00 per student. The selection of this venue has been approved by the 2021-22 Senior Class students and ASB Advisor.
This item is being brought before the Board as ratification due to a deposit needed to secure the event date and location.

The cost for this item is included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through Perris High School's Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
