Summary:
|
Kern County Superintendent of Schools with the national PEPPM Technology Bidding Program conducted a competitive bidding process for the purchase of Office and Instructional supplies and awarded a contract to Office Solutions. On December 18, 2019, the Board of Trustees adopted Resolution No. 12:19-20, authorizing the OMNIA Partners piggyback Master Agreement to purchase office supplies through Office Solutions. This contract between KCSOS and Office Solutions will allow the District to purchase office and instructional supplies through their catalog pricing at a discounted rate than what is currently in place. If approved, Office Solutions will adjust pricing on the District’s online portal to reflect the discounted prices.
The term of the original Agreement is from October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2023.
