The RTM Education/CIO Congress, in partnership with the RTM K-12 National Advisory Board, is a private, invitation-only forum that features 70 national District Leaders. Participants have the exclusive opportunity to network and mindshare with their peers and address some of the most critical issues and challenges facing the K-12 community today. Joseph Williams collaborates with innovative districts from across the nation, takes part in the RTM Virtual School Collaborative, contributes to the thought leadership in education topics, and takes what is learned at RTM to improve conditions and outcomes at Perris Union High School District.
