Summary:
|
Clover Enterprises, Inc. has successfully been providing athletic training/first responder services to Perris High School (PHS), Paloma Valley High School (PVHS), Heritage High School (HHS), and Pinacate Middle School (PMS) in past years. Hourly Rates for athletic trainers/responders have increased. Additionally, Liberty High School is being added to the contract.
The District agrees to make payment for the aforementioned professional services at PHS, PVHS, LHS, and HHS in the amount of $72,455 for the Athletic Trainer at each of these sites.
The District agrees to make payment for the aforementioned professional services at PMS in the amount of $27,735 for the Athletic Trainer.
The term of this Agreement shall be from August 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through the General Fund.

Recommendation:
