Summary:
|
The Facilities Team would like to enter into a contract for the Liberty High School Restroom Project, Division of State Architect (DSA) Inspector of Record (IOR) Services with TYR, Inc. The IOR verifies that the construction of a project matches the plans and specifications as approved by the DSA. The duties of the IOR are defined in Title 24, Part 1, Section 4-342. In addition, the IOR works with the District to mitigate the effects of construction on the activities and operations of a school site and to note that the contractor(s) use(s) care to provide a safe site. The DSA IOR services are provided through project completion and will be billed at an hourly rate of $95.00 with an estimated cost of $84,177.60.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 and 2023-24 operating budgets funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
