Summary:
|
To maintain parity among all employee groups, the Charter recommends the salary schedules for all unrepresented employees (certificated management, unrepresented classified employees, and AVID tutors) be increased consistent with the June 15, 2022, Board recommended salary increase to other California Military Institute employees. This increase is an on-schedule salary increase of six and fifty-six one-hundredths percent (6.56%) for all employees, effective July 1, 2022. This increase would be in lieu of the two percent (2%) increase previously approved by the Board at its February 16, 2022, board meeting.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 operating budget.
