Summary:

On January 13, 2021, the Perris Union High School District (“the District”) issued a formal Notice Requesting Proposals for Office Furniture to furnish Liberty High School (“the Project”).
Ten (10) proposals were received by the deadline of February 11, 2021. After a comprehensive review of all proposals by the selection committee, the top two (2) vendor proposals were selected to complete a virtual interview with the selection committee. The interviews took place on March 2, 2021. Following the interviews and scoring criteria, the District is recommending the award of RFP #021121 for office furniture at Liberty High School to BKM Officeworks, LLC in the amount of $160,000. Additionally, proposals were required to be offered under either a piggyback bid or Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. The selected vendor’s proposal is utilizing the OMNIA #2019:001899 Agreement. The proposal and bid documents referenced in the Agreement as Incorporated Documents are available to review in the Purchasing Department.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2020-21 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
