Summary: During the 2020-21 school year, school closures and stay-at-home orders have had a significant impact on our students. Senior students who would have attained the credits necessary to graduate have been unable to do so.

Below are the CA State Minimum Graduation Requirements:
- Three years of English
- Two years of mathematics (including Algebra I)
- Three years of social science (including U.S. History and geography; world history, culture, and geography; one semester of American Government; and one semester of economics)
- Two years of science (including biology and physical science)
- Two years of physical education
- One year of foreign language or visual and performing arts commencing with the 2012-13 school year, career technical education.
For the purpose of satisfying the minimum course requirement, a course in American Sign Language shall be deemed a course in a foreign language.

Minimum Credit Requirements will be reduced for these impacted seniors to one of the following:
- Comprehensive High School Sites: 185 credits / Alternative Education Site(s): 130 credits
OR
- Comprehensive High School Sites: 130 credits / Alternative Education Site(s): 130 credits
