MSJC Services Agreement_Articulation Training_21-22.pdf
Summary: The Perris Union High School District will allow up to 4 teachers to attend the Perkins Fall and Spring Articulation and Training Day during the 2021/22 school year. The training was designed to bring together high school teachers, counselors, and administrators with MSJC faculty in an industry sector or program area with the intent of developing a new articulation agreement or renewing an expired Agreement. Attendees received the following as part of the training: MSJC’s Articulation Toolkit includes all forms needed to renew or develop a new articulation agreement; updates on outreach materials, 2+2 Program, Concurrent Enrollment, and Dual Enrollment.

MSJC provides reimbursement of sub costs up to $125 per substitute for staff members attending the training, not to exceed $1,000.

The term of this Agreement is from October 20, 2021, through March 30, 2022.

This Agreement is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the untimely receipt of the Agreement from Mt. San Jacinto Community College District.
Funding: The budget will be adjusted to reflect this revenue.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees ratify the Agreement with Mt. San Jacinto Community College District for reimbursement of substitute costs for district staff that attend Articulation Training.
