Summary:
|
Paloma Valley High School (PVHS) would like to enter into an Agreement with Game One to receive Comps, Rebates, and/or Discounts on Athletic Equipment purchased through the vendor. As needed, all district high schools purchase athletic equipment and uniforms from The Graphic Edge, LLC., d.b.a Game One. This Agreement will afford the school site rebates and discounts on purchases made. For the comp products, Game One will provide comp production on uniform purchases if the manufacturer chosen by the coach offers it, as well as an annual bonus of $2,500 comp product at the beginning of each year. Rebates will be provided based on the school site’s yearly spending of non-comped items, ranging from 2% to 5%, and paid out annually.
The term of this Agreement shall be for approximately three (3) years, from March 16, 2023, through December 31, 2025.
