California Military Institute would like to retain the services of Cherished Memories for Athletic and Club Photography Services for a one (1) year renewal term from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
The initial term of the original Agreement was from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, and was approved at the Board Meeting on June 20, 2018. The Agreement included up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596. This term from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 will be the third of the four (4) additional one (1) year terms.

No fiscal impact. The cost for this item is paid by students at California Military Institute who select to purchase photos.
