Summary: The Perris Union High School District would like to utilize the Ed Tech JPA Purchase Agreement with Panorama Learning, Inc. to provide a data analytics platform to produce assessment data accumulated through reports, audits, and configurations. As a Participating Associate Member of the Ed Tech Joint Powers Authority (JPA), the District may acquire products under the same discounted price, and terms and conditions of the established Master Agreement between the JPA and Panorama Learning, Inc. The services provided in this Agreement include the Student Success Platform: SIS Integration, Behavior Analytics, Core Assessments, Interventions, and Progress Monitoring. In addition, Panorama will provide the District with Family Surveys, Teacher and Staff Surveys, Student Surveys & Check-Ins, and two (2) virtual sessions for the Foundations Teaching and Learning Package. Panorama is an education technology company that provides a cloud-based platform-as-a-service and related support services to enable schools and school districts to analyze student and school data, measure social-emotional learning, and design and implement survey programs for students, staff, and parents or authorized guardians. Unlike similar software platforms, Panorama offers a customized platform that will sync daily with Infinite Campus (IC) for student roster, academic coursework, behavior, and attendance information. The platform will also integrate data from assessment systems such as CAASPP and College Board, allowing for holistic, easy-to-understand district, school, and student dashboards to track student and district progress toward goals. Panorama will deliver interventions that meet students where they are by providing real-time intervention planning tools for individuals or groups of students through pre-populated intervention strategies to use, modify, or add to with progress monitoring tools that assist in determining whether or not interventions are supporting students. The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
Funding: The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds, not the General Fund.
