Summary:
|
The Board may, at its sole discretion, increase the salary for the Superintendent and the other members of Cabinet (i.e., Deputy Superintendent of Business Services, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, and Executive Director of Technology) as it determines. Such salary adjustments shall be reflected in writing. If the Board increases the salaries of other management employees, the Board will consider increasing the salary of the Superintendent and the other members of the Cabinet.
The District recommends amending the employment agreements for the Superintendent and the other members of Cabinet to increase the salary schedules by three one-hundredths percent (3%) effective January 1, 2023.
Further details of this amendment are included in the attached employment agreements.
