Summary:
|
Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement with THINK Together, Inc. to serve as the Workforce Readiness Facilitator for Perris Lake High School (PLHS). Think Together will provide a comprehensive career awareness program to prepare high school students for the professional workplace through training, hands-on practice, and career-oriented internships. Work-based learning opportunities include presentations from guest speakers, field trips, job shadowing, career-related mentoring, work experience training, and internships. Robert Bryant, High School Workforce Readiness Facilitator with expertise in career technical education and work-based learning strategies, will deliver all activities.
The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, at a total cost of $74,520.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through Title I Funds, not the General Fund.
