Summary:
|
Through an agreement with CSEA, the District utilized the services of Eric Hall & Associates (EH&A) to conduct a compensation study of classified positions. The compensation study was conducted between August 2022 and November 2022. The final report was provided to the District on January 16, 2023. In the report, several positions were identified to be out of alignment with the comparable districts. In addition, the District and CSEA agreed that there needed to be an additional investigation into several specialty positions. As a result, the parties agreed to develop a Compensation Study Ad Hoc Committee. The Committee met in April 2023 and presented their findings and recommendation for salary increases to five (5) positions and the addition of three (3) new job descriptions, which would result in the reclassification of positions for CSEA Members. These recommendations would be effective July 1, 2023.
