Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District is requesting to enter into an Agreement with Adams Silva and McNally, LLP (ASM) for legal services regarding personnel matters. Given the high-quality legal support that has been received, the District would like to continue receiving legal services from ASM.
The term of this Agreement shall be for five (5) years from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2028, at a cost of $175 to $340 per hour for the 2023-24 fiscal year and an increase each additional year in accordance with the enclosed hourly professional rate schedule.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28 operating budgets funded through the General Fund.
