MEETING INSTRUCTIONS: For this meeting, there will be no physical meeting location open to the public. The Board encourages members of the public to join the meeting electronically. Per California Governor Newsom’s Order N-29-20 and the Riverside County Health Officer’s order for the public to stay at home, the Perris Union High School District Special Board Meeting on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. will be in a virtual/teleconference environment. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance, disability-related modifications or accommodations, including auxiliary aids or services, in order to participate in the public meetings of the District's governing board, please contact the office of the District Superintendent at (951) 943-6369, ext. 80102. Notification 24 hours prior to the Special meeting will enable the District to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accommodation and accessibility to this meeting. Public Comments will be accepted beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, until the Board commences the meeting at 4:00 p.m. Pursuant to PUHSD Board Bylaw 9323, individual speakers shall be allowed three minutes to address the Board on each agenda or non-agenda item. The Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 20 minutes. A staff member will facilitate the reading of public comment submissions.
