Summary:
Pursuant to Board Policy 3270 – Sale and Disposal of Books, Equipment, and Personal Property, the attached list of obsolete, non-functioning, and/or unsatisfactory property is deemed to be surplus and is to be disposed of or sold, as appropriate. Attached is a list of District property ready for surplus/disposal.  
Funding:
No fiscal impact. Appropriate revenue adjustments will be reflected in the operating budget if items are sold.  
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the declared listed District property as surplus.
