Summary:
|
The District requires a robust threat response management system for phishing to safeguard personal and confidential information. KnowBe4 provides:
- Simulated phishing tests
- Staff training
- Email management resources to detect and mitigate threats
With 2 Factor Authorization already in place, the renewal of the contract on this solution will minimize the threat of phishing and be a key part of cyber insurance requirements.
The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from May 26, 2023, through May 25, 2024, at a cost not to exceed $40,527.00. |

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through the General Fund. |
