Summary:

|
The City of Menifee has requested the utilization of the newly built aquatics facility at Paloma Valley High School to organize and implement aquatic programs for Menifee residents. Upon approval of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the City will begin swim lessons and open recreation swim for the community starting this summer, working around the time periods already scheduled by the Paloma athletic programs. The facility use fee pursuant to this MOU is $15 per hour. This fee will be evaluated on an annual basis to ensure all increased district costs due to City use are fully reimbursed by the City.
The term of this MOU shall be from December 13, 2023, through June 30, 2026. |
