The Perris Union High School District would like to contract with Instructure Inc. (“Instructure”) for the purchase of Elevate Data Quality. Elevate Data Quality is a tool designed to find inaccurate data within our Student Information System, as well as automate certain information sharing and collection. This tool will automate and validate data entry and existing information to ensure our database is correct and we do not have any errors reporting CALPADS to the state. This validation will help prevent funding and compliance issues in the future.
The cost for this tool is as follows:
District Year 1 (2024-2025) of Elevate Data Quality Cost: $13,145.00
District Year 2 (2025-2026) of Elevate Data Quality Cost: $13,862.00
District Year 3 (2026-2027) of Elevate Data Quality Cost: $14,579.00
CMI Year 1 (2024-2025) of Elevate Data Quality Cost: $1,155.00
CMI Year 2 (2025-2026) of Elevate Data Quality Cost: $1,218.00
CMI Year 3 (2026-2027) of Elevate Data Quality Cost: $1,281.00
The total contract amount is $45,240.00. The cost will be split between the District and the California Military Institute (CMI) based on projected enrollment percentages for each school year. The total cost for the District will be $41,586.00. The total cost for CMI will be $3,654.00 which will be billed as a direct cost to CMI per the Memorandum of Understanding between the PUHSD and CMI. |
