In accordance with the Commission on Teacher Credentialing regulations, the Governing Board of a school district is required to adopt a Declaration of Need at a regularly scheduled public meeting certifying that there are insufficient certificated persons who meet the District's specified employment criteria for the positions listed in the attachment. |
