Heritage High School (HHS) would like to enter into a multi-year Agreement with Hudl to record practices and games for their Athletics Program. The Hudl software allows all sports teams to upload game and/or practice film for coaches and teams to review and assess; this further assists with team improvement. Hudl also allows athletes to access films/clips they can highlight and post to their social media or use for college recruitment purposes. HUDL is the industry standard used by most athletic programs and is necessary to increase their competitiveness and continued growth. HHS has already used Hudl in past years and has been satisfied with its services. This Agreement will allow HHS to benefit from the program at a fixed cost for three (3) years without worrying about annual cost increases.
The term of this Agreement shall be from October 31, 2023, through October 30, 2026, for a total contract cost of $26,100. |

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 operating budgets funded through the General Fund. |
