Summary:
As a preliminary matter, the California Military Institute (Charter) believes that there are many provisions of the current contract that work effectively. Therefore, the Charter is proposing to maintain the current contract language in all other articles of the Agreement.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees hold a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the Initial Proposal to Negotiate with the California Military Institute Teachers Association for the 2024-25 school year.
