Summary:
|
Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, conducted a competitive bidding process for Commercial Kitchen Equipment with Related Supplies and Services. Perris Union High School District’s participation in the purchasing alliance over the years allows us to utilize various Master Agreements entered into through Sourcewell. The District wishes to purchase commercial kitchen equipment and related supplies and services for use throughout the District on an as-needed basis. Staff will have the option to utilize the existing contracts within the District to find competitive pricing. Having the ability to leverage the best pricing through various master contracts and piggyback bids is in the District’s best interest.
The District wishes to use the Sourcewell Contracts for issued Sourcewell RFP #063022 as awarded to:
Cook’s Direct, Inc. - 063022-COK
Stafford Smith, Inc. - 063022-STF
Strategic Equipment - 063022-SES
The original term of these Agreements is from August 2, 2022, through August 3, 2026. These contracts may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term if mutually agreed upon by Sourcewell and awarded Vendors. |
