On June 21, 2023, the Perris Union High School District Board of Trustees approved the Agreement for Professional Services with Preferred Interpreting Service, LLC, to provide sign language interpreting for an individual student for the 2023-24 school year. The use of an interpreter is a requirement for the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP). This Amendment No. 1 would adjust the Scope of Work to include additional students needing services and increase the contract cost by $99,750 for a total cost of $179,750, based on the needs to date.
The term of Amendment No. 1 shall follow the original Agreement of one (1) year from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. |
