Summary:

|
The Foundation for California Community Colleges (FCCC) issued and awarded RFP No. 21-001 to Waxie’s Enterprises, LLC (Waxie) on March 30, 2021. Waxie worked with FCCC to piggyback a clause to the RFP, making it available to any and all public agencies, public and private school districts, as well as public and private colleges and universities. The District wishes to utilize this Agreement and all subsequent renewals pursuant to Education Code Sections 17596 and 81644 as an option to purchase janitorial supplies and equipment for use throughout the District on an as-needed basis.
The original term of this Agreement is from May 18, 2021, through May 17, 2024. This contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. |
