The Perris Union High School District Board of Trustees has requested to utilize Orbach Huff & Henderson LLP (OHH) for legal services. The term of this Agreement will be from November 16, 2023, through June 30, 2028. The hourly rates for these services are as follows:
Partners/Of Counsel: $345/hour
Senior Counsel: $315/ hour
Associates: $305/hour
Paralegals: $155/hour
Clerks at $50/hour |

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28 operating budgets funded through the General Fund. |
