Summary:

California Military Institute's Brigade Advisor/Commandant, Captain David K. Sibley, requests approval for sixteen (16) student cadets and two (2) adults to attend California Cadet Corps (CACC) 2024 CACC ADVON Advanced Ehelon Summer Encampment located at Camp San Luis Obispo, California, from June 16-29, 2024.
This camp intends to enhance our student cadets' mental and physical fitness abilities in an outdoor team environment. It is of the utmost importance for our student cadets to attend to meet CACC requirements for the Annual General Inspection. This encampment will benefit our student cadets, but it will also help the California Military Academy. Cadets can participate in Leadership and advanced courses that will teach them to use newly acquired skills daily.
A bus and CMI vans will provide transportation. CACC will provide lodging and meals as part of the summer encampment. The total cost of the encampment will not exceed $1,000. |
