On February 05, 2024, the Perris Union High School District (“The District”) issued a formal Notice Inviting Bids for the Paloma Valley High School Walk-In Refrigerator Project (“The Project”). This project includes the demolition of the existing walk-in refrigerator and the installation of a new walk-in refrigerator. The existing refrigerator is in poor condition, with the ceiling that is currently leaking and caving in. The bid opening was held on March 05, 2024. Responsive Bids were submitted as follows:

The bid documents of the bidder were reviewed, and a post-interview was conducted with the said bidder. Pursuant to Public Contract Code 20111, the District is recommending the award of the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Dalke & Sons Construction, Inc., at a cost of $185,899.00. |
