Summary:

|
To maintain parity among all employee groups, the Charter recommends the salary schedules for all unrepresented employees (certificated management, unrepresented classified employees, and AVID tutors) be increased consistent with the February 21, 2024 Board recommended salary increase to California Military Institute Teacher Association (CMITA) employees. The Board approved an ongoing five-percent (5%) increase to all salary schedules effective July 1, 2023, for all unit members in paid status as of January 1, 2024. This ongoing increase is inclusive of the two-percent (2%) increase previously approved. |
