Summary:

The Perris Union High School District utilized the services of Eric Hall & Associates (EH&A) to conduct a compensation study of confidential positions, and the final report was provided to the District on January 16, 2023. In the report, all confidential positions were listed within the median/mean of comparable positions, with several being considerably lower than the median/mean. After reviewing the impacts of additional increases provided to comparable districts over the past year, these positions are no longer within the comparable range. Furthermore, the internal alignment of these positions has been skewed following salary increases to members in other classifications. To maintain an equitable salary, the District requests a 5.0% increase to the following confidential positions listed below, effective July 1, 2023.
- Assistant to the Superintendent’s Office
- Administrative Assistant
- Confidential Secretary
To maintain an equitable salary, the District requests a 7.0% increase to the following confidential position listed below, effective July 1, 2023.
- Executive Assistant
The existing job descriptions and salary schedule will be updated to reflect the change in salary placement. |
