Summary:

The Perris Union High School District is contracting with THINK Together, Incorporated (THINK), a California non-profit corporation, to provide a before- and after-school program for Perris High School and Heritage High School students through the 21st Century Community Learning Centers After School Safety and Education for Teens (CCLC ASSETs) Grant.
The Consultant (THINK) shall provide the following services:
Operate the After-School Programs at Perris High School and Heritage High School.
Supply the staff, materials, management and supervision, and volunteer recruitment for the After-School Program.
The term of this Agreement shall be for five (5) years from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029, subject to the District’s receipt of the 21st CCLC ASSETs Grant Award.
THINK will be paid a prorated amount of 80 percent of the Grant Award from the California Department of Education, according to Schedule A (attached to the Agreement), in the amount of $407,200 per year. |

The cost for this item will be included in the 2024-25, 2025-26, 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29 operating budgets funded through the 21st Century Community Learning Centers After School Safety and Education for Teens Grant, not the General Fund. |
