The Perris Union High District would like to retain the services of Cherished Memories for a one-year renewal term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Cherished Memories has successfully provided photography and identification card (ID) services at all sites in the District, including the California Military Institute. The students and school sites have been extremely happy with the quality of the product and services that Cherished Memories has provided.
The cost for this item is paid by students purchasing photography packages at each participating school site. The ID cards are provided free of charge to all sites and there is no cost to the District as long as the sites do not exceed their annual allotment. If the site does exceed their annual allotment, the cards can be purchased by the site at a cost of $1 per card.
The original Agreement's initial term was from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. It included up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. This term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, will be the third of the four (4) additional one (1) year terms. |

The cost for this item is paid by students at each participating school site unless the sites go over their ID card allotment, in which case the cost will be funded through the General Fund or the Charter General Fund. |

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with Cherished Memories for photography and identification card services. |
