The Perris High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has contracted with PD Special Events to retain a location for the 2024 and 2025 Perris High School Prom.
The 2024 prom will be held at the Eagle Glen Golf Club, Corona, CA, on Saturday, May 4, 2024. The cost is $88 per person with a minimum guarantee of 400 attendees for a cost of $35,200. The maximum number of attendees will not exceed 500 for a cost of $44,000. The selection of this venue has been approved by the 2023-24 Senior Class students and ASB Advisor.
The selection of a multi-year Agreement with PD Special Events would extend the terms and conditions of the contract for Prom 2024 and allow for the Perris High School Associated Student Body to receive the following benefits in doing so:
$1 off per person for Prom 2024 and Prom 2025
Complimentary DJ for up to 4 hours per school year
Complimentary centerpieces (rentals) for Prom 2024 and Prom 2025
The cost for the 2025 Prom is contingent upon venue selection; the venue for Prom 2025 is yet to be determined.
This item is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the need to provide the venue with a signed contract to secure the selected location. |
