Summary:
|
The California Military Institute (CMI) entered into an Agreement with THINK Together, Inc. (THINK), a California nonprofit corporation, to provide an after-school program for students through the After School Educational and Safety Grant (ASES). THINK will supply the staff, materials, management, supervision, and volunteer recruitment for the after-school program.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
THINK will be paid a prorated amount of the grant award from the California Department of Education according to Schedule A, attached to the Agreement, in the amount of $162,185.81.
This Agreement is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the services being negotiated after the June 2022 Board meeting deadlines. |
