On October 9, 2023, the Perris Union High School District (“The District”) issued a Public Works informal Notice Inviting Bids for the California Military Institute Esports Lab Project requiring Audio-Visual additions (“The Project”). This project includes display equipment, wiring, controls, and programming for Audio-Visual needs in the California Military Institute’s new esports lab.
The electronic bid opening was held on October 30, 2023. Bids were submitted as follows:
CONTRACTOR / BASE BID
Avidex Industries, LLC. / $27,411.00

The bid documents of the apparent low bidder were reviewed for responsiveness and responsibility. Upon thorough review by the Purchasing and Technology Departments, it was determined that Avidex Industries, LLC is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
