Summary:

|
OMNIA Partners Region 14 Education Service Center (“Region 14 ESC”), as the lead agency for OMNIA Partners, conducted a competitive bidding process for Retail and Wholesale Merchandise Solutions and Services and awarded a contract to Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”). Perris Union High School District’s participation in the purchasing alliance over the years allows us to utilize various Master Agreements entered into through OMNIA Partners. The District wishes to utilize the contract with Walmart on an as-needed basis districtwide. Having the ability to leverage the best pricing through various master contracts and piggyback bids is in the District’s best interest.
The term of this Master Agreement is from September 5, 2023, through August 31, 2026, with the option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual written agreement between Region 14 ESC and Walmart. |
