On April 23, 2021, the Charter and California Military Institute Teachers Association (CMITA) met to review options to continue to provide high-quality, cost-effective health care benefits to Association members. The meeting's outcome is this memorandum of understanding regarding Health and Welfare Benefits for the 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24 school years. The agreement met the PARTIES' mutual interests and helped mitigate increasing costs of healthcare benefits for Charter employees. The details of the Memorandum of Understanding are provided in the attached document. |
