The Perris Union High School District entered into an Agreement for Professional Services with Team Select Home Care for the 2023-24 school year, including the Extended School Year (ESY). These services will provide Licensed Private Nurse (LPN) services at a cost of $60 per hour. These services would be provided to a Paloma Valley High School student with special education needs in accordance with their IEP.
The term of this Agreement shall be from August 14, 2023, through June 30, 2024, at a total estimated cost of $82,000.
This item is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the immediate need for LPN services to allow the student to attend school with the support services in place. |
