Summary:
|
Amanda Bates, Heritage High School (HHS) 11th-grade Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) teacher, is planning their annual Northern California college trip for HHS AVID Juniors. The dates are April 25-26, 2024. Approximately forty-four (44) students and four (4) adult certificated chaperones will visit six (6) college campuses throughout Northern California.
The college campuses will be throughout Northern California. College Campus tours allow students to explore campus life, obtain answers to their questions, meet faculty, get more in-depth details about class sizes, classes offered, and financial aid, and give them a chance to envision themselves attending the college. In addition, College campus tours have increased the willingness of students to attend college after graduation. |
