SgtMaj David Sibley requests approval for fifteen (15) student cadets and two (2) adults to attend California Cadet Corps (CACC) Leadership Conference located at Camp San Luis Obispo, California, from September 9-11, 2022.
The leadership conference will include an update on the status and plans of the Cadet Corps moving forward from COVID-constrained operations back into a routine for state-level activities. Participants will have an opportunity to give input as stakeholders on a strategic direction for the organization, share "best practices," educational sessions on topics of interest, and provide a networking opportunity for adults who have active roles in supporting the CACC from throughout the state.
Transportation will be provided by site vehicles. CACC will provide lodging and meals. This item is being brought to the board as ratification due to delayed approval. |
