Summary:

The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement with Apple+ Urgent Care to conduct pre-employment health screenings for new hires. Apple+ Urgent Care has several facilities within Riverside County that will enable them to accommodate District needs.
The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from January 18, 2024, through January 17, 2025. |

The cost for this item is included in the 2023-24, and 2024-25 operating budgets funded through Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds and the General Fund. |
